Hostel Facilities

Separate and secure hostels for boys and girls are available within the campus, offering a peaceful and disciplined environment. Facilities include 24-hour power supply, purified water, hygienic food, furnished rooms, and round-the-clock security. Admission is based on a formal application process with rules strictly enforced for the safety and well-being of all inmates.

Hostel rooms come equipped with cots, tables, fans, and attached bathrooms for comfort and convenience. Strict visiting hours are followed, and phone and mail communication is regulated to ensure safety and discipline. Students must adhere to all hostel rules, including cleanliness, study hour silence, and restricted movement. Mobile phones are banned, and only authorized visitors are allowed.

Admission to the hostel is based on an application process. Students must fill out a prescribed form and get approval from the Warden or Principal. At the time of admission, students must submit a written undertaking to follow hostel rules, which must be countersigned by a parent or guardian. Hostel fees must be paid as per the college's guidelines.

Hostel rooms are furnished with cots, tables, and fans. Each room has attached bathrooms for convenience. Visiting hours are strictly regulated – only two or three persons holding valid ID cards are allowed to meet students, and only on Sundays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. No unauthorized visitors are allowed.

Telephone facilities are provided, but inmates are permitted to speak only with parents or guardians. All letters must go through the Deputy Warden for verification and forwarding.

📜 Hostel Rules & Regulations:
Strict discipline must be maintained in the hostel at all times. Silence is mandatory during study hours:
• Morning: 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• Evening: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Students should not loiter in corridors during these hours.

Rooms must be kept clean and tidy. The warden has authority to dispose of untidy items, and students with messy rooms may be denied weekend leave. Hostel common property is for shared use only; personal or group monopolization is not permitted.

Students may not remain in the hostel during class hours without prior warden permission, even if unwell. Sick students must be reported to the warden for medical attention. Carrying mess food to rooms is not allowed. All complaints should be addressed to the designated faculty.

Personal mobile phones are strictly banned. If found, they will be confiscated, and strict action will be taken. Hostel mobile phones can only be used on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Emergency use on other days requires warden approval.

Students must submit a permission letter before going home and must sign the movement register. Failure to do so will invite disciplinary action. Only visitors with valid ID cards, authorized by parents and countersigned by the warden, are allowed to meet or accompany students. Students returning from home must report before 6:30 PM.
