GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION TO B.Ed DEGREE PROGRAMME
Duration: Two Years 2025-26 (Government / Government Aided / Self-Financing Colleges of Education)

As these subjects are taught at the High School level, the requisite qualification for admission is a U.G. Degree in the relevant subject with not less than the percentage of marks stipulated in the eligibility criteria below.
The minimum percentage of marks does not apply to candidates with a P.G. Degree in the same subject with not less than 50% of marks. However, weightage for higher qualification is not applicable for such candidates; marks in the P.G. Degree alone will determine the rank.
Requisite qualification is a P.G. Degree in the relevant subject with not less than 50% marks, with the condition that the major subject in the U.G. and P.G. Degree shall be the same.
