The libraries are backbone and heart of any academic institution. It is a central place for the academic and research activities. Fast changes in technology leads to the updating of new literatures in the form of textbooks, reference books & Encyclopedia. The library has built a robust collection of over 4239 Books, 151 back Volumes and 26 Journals. To provide time bound information services for the patrons of the college.

In the year 2013, our college library was modernized to provide computerized information services to students and staff. Constraints in day-to-day work have minimized and repetition and duplication are avoided.

The library houses a wide range of academic resources, including books, journals, periodicals, and digital references, supporting students’ and staff’s learning and research needs.

Library Membership

All students, teaching, and non-teaching staff are eligible for membership. Members are issued bar-coded identity cards corresponding to their entitlement.

Rules and Regulations:
  • Membership is obligatory for every student.
  • Three library tickets are issued per student upon production of identity card.
  • Tickets are non-transferable; library may refuse books on unauthorized tickets.
  • Books are lent for 15 days; two renewals allowed.
  • Fines are levied for late returns.
  • Students must check books for damage and report to librarian immediately.
  • Replacement or cost payment required for damaged or lost books.
  • Lost tickets must be reported; duplicates issued for Rs. 25.
  • Defacing library books is prohibited.
  • No personal belongings except notebooks, writing materials, and issued books allowed inside.
  • Books must be returned to reading tables, not shelves.
  • Periodicals, dictionaries, and rare books must be returned after use.
  • Silence must be observed inside the library.
  • Book reservations are available.
